Michelle Virtue
Michelle Virtue was born and raised in Nassau, Minnesota. She attended Lac Qui Parle Valley high school and later went onto South Dakota State University where she obtained her associates degree in general studies. She then transferred to Southeast Technical College and obtained her Licensed Practical Nursing diploma. Michelle is currently working at the Sanford Nephrology Clinic as a nurse, and at the Tieszen Memorial Home in Marion, South Dakota. The best part about Michelle’s job is that she gets to help people every day in her work and she fights hard to be a strong patient advocate. Ever since she was a little girl she has wanted to be a nurse that puts her passion into her line of care, and to ensure that patients know she is there to meet all of their needs and that they are being cared for. Michelle was excited to join the advisory team because her road to success has been all but easy, and has maintained a positive attitude throughout this time. Now through hard work and determination, she is finally at a point in life where she is content and at peace.
