Season 1: Episode 5: Keeping The Faith

Rebecca Manteuffel was born and raised on a dairy farm in Cologne, Minnesota. She attended Mayer Lutheran High School and later went on to attend college at Southwest Minnesota State University where she obtained her B.S. in Elementary Education. Rebecca is currently a graduate student and track athlete at Iowa State University, and is working towards her masters degree in Youth Development. She has received numerous awards and achievements throughout her track career. They can all be found in the link provided below. Rebecca also serves on the Life & The Stories Within It advisory board and has been a strong advocate for positivity both in her track career and throughout her personal life. She is a firm believer in keeping the faith in achieving your goals, and that there may be some bumps in the road but those bumps only make you a stronger individual in the long run.
